The accommodations were very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to many local amenities.

The lighting in the rooms was too bright at night, making it difficult to sleep. some areas of the hotel could use more maintenance to keep them up to par and ensure guest satisfaction.

The hotel has a pool, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips and even organizing day trips.

From the moment we arrived, the staff here greeted us warmly and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed by the luxurious amenities in the room, including the private facilities and exclusive room advantages. Brais Boutique Hotel in Durres exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was clean, quiet, and well furnished with a comfortable bed. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent and the breakfast served in their cafe was delicious and generous. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us with arranging a last-minute wine tour and taxi. The location, steps away from the main boulevard and the ocean baywalk, was perfect.
